General information

We are pleased to invite you to join us for the International Workshop on “Water and Energy Nexus in Central Asia and the Caucasus” that will take place at Cappadocia University in Mustafapasa, Ürgüp, Turkey on 2 - 3 May 2019.

Our workshop provides an international platform for researchers focusing on water, environment, and energy issues in Central Asia and the Caucasus. This will be the first academic gathering in Turkey that focuses on the nexus of water and energy, as well as related topics in Eurasia. Given the increasing role Turkey plays in regional energy and water issues, the workshop will address this void in the academy and the literature. The workshop will promote an exchange of ideas and theories among academicians and professionals.

The proceedings of the workshop will be published by Cappadocia University.

We look forward to welcoming you to Cappadocia in May 2019.
